I.Agreement
These Terms of Use govern mylosites.com (“the Site”), operated by Mylo Prime LLC (“Mylo Prime,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
II.What the Site is
The Site describes MyloSites, a website design and management service offered by Mylo Prime LLC exclusively to Mylo Prime subscribers. The Site itself is informational — it sells nothing directly and creates no engagement by itself.
III.Not legal advice
Mylo Prime LLC provides software and design services. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, and nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
IV.Pricing and engagements
Pricing shown on the Site is informational, may change, and is not a binding offer. Every build and management engagement is governed by the written agreement that accompanies your Mylo Prime subscription, which controls over anything on the Site.
V.Demonstration content
“Alder & Finch” and similar demonstration material on the Site are fictional, created to illustrate our craft; any resemblance to a real firm is coincidental. Showcase items identified as real reflect actual client work, and the linked websites belong to those firms.
VI.Intellectual property
The Site's content and design are © 2026 Mylo Prime LLC. MyloSites, Mylo Prime, Zarah, Mylo Prism, Mylo Prime Code, and Elerion are marks of Mylo Prime LLC or their respective owners. Using the Site grants you no license to any of it.
VII.Acceptable use
- Don't interfere with or probe the security of the Site.
- Don't scrape the Site at scale or republish its content as your own.
- Don't misrepresent your affiliation with Mylo Prime or use our marks without permission.
VIII.Third-party sites
The Site links to other websites — ours and our clients'. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
IX.Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
X.Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLO PRIME LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
XI.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
